This is the most common abdominal pain that occurs when the colon absorbs too much fluid from your stools. Stools become dry, small, hard and are difficult to pass. This pain is caused by a lack of fibre in diet, cheese, or dairy products, excess consumption of fats and of-course lack of exercise.
Symptoms:
Stool or waste material moves too slowly through the large intestine, vomiting pain in abdominal, loss of weight, ulcers occurred in mouth and unable to digest food.
Treatment: Drink at least 10 -12 glasses water daily. Go for a walk for at least 45 minutes, Increase your daily intake of fibre and many more.
Menstrual Cramps
This type of abdominal pain caused in the abdominal (belly) and pelvic areas that are experienced by a woman as a result of her menstrual period. However, this pain caused when the normal contractions of the uterus that become stronger when menstruation begins.
Symptoms: Strongly pain at the lower part of abdominal, vomiting, Low blood pressure and many more.
